Dianne's talent, experience and faith influence each performance.
She loved musical theatre in her teens and performed leading roles in community musicals with full orchestras. Various shows provided experience in both dramatic & comedic roles.
Dianne toured Canada, the U.S., Europe, the UK, Africa and South Korea, singing & playing guitar & piano in clubs, festivals, conventions & churches.
Her career turned dramatically after meeting Colleen Peterson at a SOCAN conference: “If you can afford it, ... head down to Nashville.”
Nashville changed everything, including the start of Dianne's Christian walk.
Three weeks later, she joined The Country Chorale to sing behind Sunday Mornin’ Country at The Opry House. This annual gospel show, presented by (MCCF) The Music City Christian Fellowship, features artists such as Brenda Lee, Skeeter Davis, George Hamilton IV, Vestal Goodman, Paul Overstreet and Lulu Roman who share their faith through country music.
For a few years she was Chorale Co-ordinator for the SMC show, alongside directors Joe Babcock (writer of Elvis' "I Washed my Hands in Muddy Water") and Louis Nunley of The Jordanaires. She also served several terms on the MCCF Board of Directors.
As time passed, Dianne developed an empathy for those struggling with life’s challenges and integrating it with her gift for singing and writing music. Her music relects spiritual truths providing a source of hope and encouragement.
